Note: The reason Optimistic isn't available is because Supers wouldn't be able to read it anyway, since the next two chapters will be Ultra exclusive. Supers will start getting new chapters once 90 and after are released.
If you still want to vote Optimistic to get to that point sooner, then tell me. If enough people are okay with it, I'll add it to the next poll.
