2023-08-28 21:44:58 +0000 UTCI can fall asleep with whatever if i'm tired enough but I do sleep better and longer if the room is dark, that's why i use sleepband i think it was called, there's probably better ones out there, but they are headband with bluetooth earphone built in so I can listen to Solarasmr as I sleep and headbands have proven to increase the quality of your sleep.
