[WIP] Raiden BBC Comic (Part 2-A)

Although they're in numerical order, this is a WIP of one section with a bunch of skipped pages in between. You can judge by the file number where there's gaps. It's taking a bit of time as I'm trying to capture some of the older style/model which people seem to prefer, as per the feedback for Yor comics. I experimented a lot and found a new mix for the newest model that looks like a good middle ground and brings that 'shine' back. You'll see the difference in a lot of the recent requests.

Also, I'm doing a significant rework of the part 1 as well right now to make it better. Plus incorporating other non Inazuma characters for future which will start with Raiden part 2-B.
