Updaaaaaate

Heyyyy my darlings!
Thank you all for being here, as always.

Most of you know that this month has been another tumultuous episode of my uhm... not always awesome life.
I hate posting updates when they are not upbeat but these past couple years of my life have just been one bad thing after another.
I just have to keep telling myself that it will start looking up at some point.

Which, in some really important regards it has lately.

Some of you realized I’m trying to access my page or saw on IG or Tumblr that my Patreon was shut down (along with a ton of other Patreon accounts). Patreon without warning or any notice suspended any accounts that they deemed in violation of their guidelines- which I wasn’t so it’s total bs and they un-suspended my account after days of me frantically emailing them, messaging them on all their platforms etc.

I just got the suspension lifted last night so yay!!
However per usual that was a thing I had absolutely not anticipated so instead of creating content for Patreon as I planned I instead spent my past 48 hours trying to get my Patreon back smh.

Anybody that’s not anticipating on staying subscribed for July, please take a screenshot of the payment tier you’re on and email me and I’ll send you all the uploads I didn’t post this month as expected.
So that’s one more photo set for this month (the Grima collaboration) on the $4 tier & then the videos on the upper tiers.

Sam is at my place and has her camera so we’re anticipating shooting videos tomorrow (we’ve got all the props for the peaches video I’m super excited to film that buuut she forgot her laptop so we won’t be able to edit it until Wednesday so that’s when I can send that) - the Grima set was shot by her so that’ll also go up Wednesday.

And the aerial view booty shaking video will go up Monday.

I’m setting aside these next two weeks to solely shoot videos so I won’t run into these last minute hurdles anymore and not keep disappointing you guys with late uploads.
I know it’s super annoying that I’m often late with my uploads and I’m working really hard to find solutions to getting everything shot/edited/uploaded on time.

Now that I have a camera and Sam has hers we’ll me creating a bunch more amazing videos and photo sets that I can’t wait to share with you all.
I’m planning on shooting with Amber in July & at some point during the summer visiting Jenny Boricuaalamode in Vegas and shooting with her and some other babes as well. We’ll see if it ends up being financially feasible but I hope I can dish up some more plus size babe collaborations for you all in the near future.

The main things that have been keeping me busy af besides burlesque and photo shoots of me aaand shooting other fat babes for my GoldFramePhoto series (which btw would you guys like me to share some of those photos on here every month? Lemme know!) has been this epic fight against Instagram/Facebook I’ve gotten myself into.
Most of my days are spent helping plus size babes that got their account deleted, file reports and give interviews about the fat phobic censorship of IG/FB as well as writing what feels like 5 million emails a day to IG/FB & news organizations and working out ways that our change.org campaign can get more signatures.
So far I’ve gotten yahoo news to cover the story, as well as countless smaller outlets and I have an interview scheduled with Teen Vogue about the campaign so I’m making headway!

Also....
So if you’ve been on my IG lately you’ll be aware of the fact that my dads’ cancer is back - as in me donating my stem cells to him last year wasn’t successful because I wasn’t a real match and they did this newer treatment called a Haplo where they give him my stem cells and then try to trick his body into ignoring my mothers’ part of my DNA - weeeeell... that didn’t work.

So for the past month and a half we thought he was going to die because there was no donor available and without another transplant that’s kinda the end of the show -
BUT you guysssss yesterday we got a call that the finally found a donor!!!

That’s all we know at this point, we don’t know yet when it will happen.
Whenever it does tho I’ll have to move to my dads’ place in Denver again for 3 months to take care of him.
This time I’ll be able to bring Badu with me though so I’ll be a lot less homesick for Chicago.

At this point I’m trying to knock out as many shoots and work with my troupe as I can here in Chicago before I have to leave.
My troupe has two shows in August and September so I hope I won’t have to move until after the shows but ya know anything for my Daddy so I’ll leave whenever he needs me.
(For those that follow me on Snapchat and have seen me post videos of my dad performing with his bands - yes, he’s still performing, he’s even planning on bringing his trombone to the hospital this time lol he’s such a die heart musician).

Besides all the whirlwind and stress that comes with leaving my life in Chicago for months,
I’m excited to get to spend time with my dad. He’s one of my favorite people on earth and he’s such a cool, creative and talented human I just love hanging out with him and I’ve always cherished having him in my life but with his life being on the line the last two years I just appreciate every moment with him so much more.

Sheeeesh are we tired yet of all this reading?
I never really know if anybody even cares about my updates and my life - probably not but oh well here it is anyway.

Hope you’re all having a great weekend and I’m sending you all hugs - I couldn’t go take care of my Daddy and fight for all the girls getting deleted on IG and so on if it weren’t for all of you being my Patreons so I really owe you all the world.
