At the same time though, I sent them some questions like, 2 weeks ago, and haven't got a response. Seems like they are having trouble with something, one way or another.

Contact Unit9 over private message and tell them how long you have been a member and that you would like the loyalty rewards for that time span. They can then check that with their records and send you download links for the rewards.
