Siege (Arknights)

This took much longer than I'd hoped, no thanks to my previous landlord for the surprise eviction causing me few days of panic/exhaustion/stress. It's already been 5 days since...jeez time really flies even when you're not doing much. 

I've gotten used to living in the new apartment. It's small but quite cozy with everything I need packed into a small corridor (room). It has all the necessities but still found lacking in some ways like the absence of basic utilities or shortage of it. Anyways, I won't prattle too much with my complaints about the new place since I'm only staying here for 2 weeks before moving to my next month-long rent destination, yes still in Taipei.

Really hope the Coronavirus situation improves next month if not sometime in June... the travel ban is really restricting my ability to travel. 

Maybe it's because I haven't had a good rest in a while but I've been kind of suffering from a writer's block which probably ended up delaying this, but I got it finished and I enjoy the narrative I came up with. 

Arknights have a lot of different races a lot of which are Lupo (wolves), Feline (cats). When I thought about Feline I thought about an old anime I watched called Asobi ni Iku Yo (Cat Planet Cuties), or rather a specific trait of the outer space catgirl aliens who goes into heat once a month. 

It made me think that it's probably also possible for Catians in this game to go through a similar phase (although if we go into specifics, Siege isn't technically a Feline but Aslan. Don't ask me why they decided to give her a unique race over other cat girls in this game).


Anyways, the narrative I've decided to roll with was to have her call on the Doctor to help her out with her monthly Estrus Cycle...as he did with Pramanix [ Soon™ ]. You might be asking why is she behind bars? She quarantined herself to be behind bars lest she goes on the prowl and go on a frenzy for guys to drain. Knowing the good Doctor's reputation for helping many other Feline operators, Siege awaits eagerly for the Doctor's love injections to soothe her racial traits from going out of control.
