Dev log #29 - Builds, distribution, internet issues

The process of distributing new Blockhead builds is currently quite miserable. I have tried to streamline the actual build process as much as possible but the distribution process is really painful right now because my internet connection is so rubbish, much worse than the average in my area. I don't know why I am with such a crappy ISP. It takes forever to upload the zip files and during that time the rest of my internet access stops working. This was not so bad when I was just uploading Windows builds but now the time it takes has doubled.

I have started the process of switching to a better ISP which should be happening at the end of December so hopefully that will help.

Until then I will likely be uploading new builds less frequently unless there is a really bad bug that needs fixing as was the case with v0.12.1.

This new ISP can also provide a static IP so I will see if it is feasible for me to set up an FTP server for distributing builds which would smooth out the process a lot.

Yea i would love to have some kind of CI set up eventually. I spent a weekend trying to set up jenkins on my synology box and failed because i don't know what I'm doing. Haven't looked into Travis yet but it's probably a easier than trying to set something up myself

One option could be to set a free tier of continuous integration (e.g. Travis) that can upload builds directly. I might be able to help out with this if needed
