Monthly Waifu Poll for September 2020 -Results-

I would like to say a special thank you to Fakkuza who goes out of his way to count up the poll for me every month. It might not seem much but it's saved me time to focus on other more pending projects. 

I honestly thought there would be much stronger votes leaning towards pretty much everyone. Well I knew instinctively that 2B would get a lot of votes considering she is 2B the thicc android from space with more lewds drawn of her than any other on this poll combined. 

So I guess the results aren't as surprising when all things considered I half expected 2B to win or come 2nd place. 

What really came as a surprise was Mordred who dominated the poll steadily through the first day and kept her dominance throughout. I'm naturally a fan of cultured hotpants and lean muscular physique so this kind of works out well for me too. I also noticed that some of you picked her because you like tsundere? I thought the tsundere hype was long over because it's quite overused in anime now. Now I wonder what would happen if Tohsaka Rin or Asuka Langley ended up in the polls lol. 

Going back to the winner this time... I have a special place in my heart for Mordred. If you've known me since the very beginning when I opened my Patreon, you'd probably know that the first lewd commission I got was actually Mordred from FGO. It's already been more than a year ago now, I still remember it clear as day though. At the time I was looking far and wide in search of someone who might be interested in commissioning me. My pixiv and patreon page looked pretty empty and sad back then haha xD so... I didn't have many works to show my customers. So I was very surprised when my random customer asked me if I'd be comfortable drawing lewds of Mordred right off the bat.

I didn't write as much as I do nowdays so I vaguely remember it. I was drawing that commission while I was in Thailand for the first time. Traveling through Chiang Mai, at the time I was inside a fairly empty cafe/coworking space on second floor with a insufferable headache, light fever. With my back turned against the wall, I was drawing it while also talking with one of my oldest art customer (you can thank Hawk Helspike on my Discord today for suggesting me to start a Patreon =P I probably wouldn't have even considered it otherwise)

It is a funny coincidence to find that the first ever lewd commission I worked on would end up being a Waifu of the month. I guess this would be a good chance to see how much I've improved since April 16 2019.

I have no idea what I'll be drawing with Mordred this time. But it won't be the same pose, rest assured. Though...this meme one of you posted on my Discord is sparking some ideas in my head. 

Okay, that's actually from the official game during London Singularity if I'm not mistaken...

Though, considering what she's saying here, it wasn't long before people made memes out of it. 

It's a very interesting cutscene and it's official so it's really leaving a strong impression of ass here. I just might have some great ideas to work with. Look forward to it and thank you for voting!
