VERY IMPORTANT! Update Your Profile ASAP!

With March right around the corner it is IMPERATIVE that anyone at the $2+ Tier updates their profile so that the name associated with it is the name you want printed on our exclusive Schmoedown Throwdown commemorative postcard! If you are at the $15+ Tier, you will also need to add your address to your profile so we know where to ship said postcard.
Here are step by step instructions on how to update!
STEP ONE: In the upper right corner, you should see an icon that is either a photo you have added, or the generic fox avatar. Click on it, and a drop down menu should pop up with a number of options. You'll want to click "Your Profile".
STEP TWO: Once you click, it should take you to another page where you'll see yourself in the upper lefthand corner, and a list of all the creators you support in the center of the page. Click on the orange "EDIT PROFILE" button that appears directly under your name.
STEP THREE: You should now be on your full profile page! In the space next two the text that reads "You Full Name", enter your name as you wish it to appear on the monthly exclusive postcard.
If you're below the $15 Tier, congratulations! You're done! Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "SAVE CHANGES". However if you're at the $15 Tier or above...
STEP FOUR: You will need to make sure you enter your shipping address. This part is pretty self-explanatory.
Don't forget to click "ADD ADDRESS" then scroll all the way to the bottom and click "SAVE CHANGES".
And that's it! You will now have your name printed as you would like it be on our exclusive postcard, commemorating the first ever Schmoedown Throwdown and, barring any unforeseen mixups with United States Postal Service, anyone at the $15 Tier or higher will receive said postcard by the end of March at the latest.

2019-03-07 18:49:17 +0000 UTCHey Emma, when I select "Your Memberships", it'll say that I'm "active" at the $15 tier, plus it shows my shipping address that I posted when I selected this tier. Does that mean I'm all set for to receive the Schmoedown print?

2019-02-26 18:22:40 +0000 UTCI am at the $20 tier and I live in Germany. I just entered my shipping address (in Germany) and then this error message came up: "We couldn't verify your address. Please make sure it's correct before confirming." I double- and triple-checked if everything was correct and even if I type in just my street, my street comes up and when I click on it the rest of the form (my city, my postal code) is autofilled corrdectly. Bit still this damned error message...? What can I do?
