I like the idea of the winner picking the stipulations of their showdown, but the stipulations should at least be equal. “You can’t play at all” vs “I get to pick something trivial” is nowhere close to equal. At that point you might as well pick. “If I win you give me a billion dollars, but if I lose you give me 1 dollar a billion times.”
