May 23rd, 2020 after being in lock down since mid-March I have done whatever I can to maintain my weight and at least gain as much as I can when I can.
Trying some hacks in ways to help gain weight without much effort.
For example drinking icy cold water half hour before eating a meal,
Taking a nap after a meal,
and (get this) skipping breakfast and eating something at least around noon hour.
So having to starve myself in order my body to go into "survival mode" or something like that.
I have yet to get a scale of my own to give a proper official number.
But from your OWN eyes, do I look bigger?
