Nothing special just having a croissant, a butter croissant to be more precise.
These pastries are great for gaining weight for they are known to be "empty calories" perfect for gainers as well delicious.
I could down like six of these before I get bored of them (for a while) but yea Croissants are a great snack and a great type of food to gain weight.
I also LOVE the ones that are chocolate filled. YUM!
