I realized when doing this pose it has become difficult for me to stay in this pose for long. I can feel my lower back and core straining a lot. I would need some form of support in order to stay in this position longer.
But also I would need to go back into Sumo Training where these trainers do a lot of workouts their staminas are way higher.
