It's getting harder to squat and I try to do as much as I can before (when I was around 300) I was able to do at least 3 sets of 10 but now I'm lucky to get ONE set of ten complete and some of it isn't a full squat, of course one needs to be very careful not to hurt oneself (also TMI I end up farting a lot by doing this now)
I still try to do them when I can in order to gain my stamina as I gain more weight. I'll be waddling around when I get to 600 and possibly more!
