Hello all!

The Summer of Classics is upon us, smashing everyone from all angles. It is currently over 100 degrees a mere few feet from the room in which I write this (outdoors). Clown creatures, new universes...stuff is wild out here.

Last month's Game Studies Study Buddies featured a special guest, Austin Walker, and covered a book that discussed the TTRPG forum The Forge. We had a great time going long about internet culture and what it means to have a lil community. Listen to the episode. The upcoming episode is on Gary Alan Fine's Shared Fantasy.

Just King Things has some truly great stuff that has come out over the past few weeks. First, we released our documentary where we went to see Moravec and Campbell's The Shining, as well as a bonus episode where we dug deep into what we thought about the opera. Then we did a massive 4+ hour episode on IT and followed it up with a bonus episode about the miniseries. Next month we are covering The Drawing of the Three on the mainline episode and doing both IT: PART 1 and PART 2 for the bonusode.

Homestuck Made This World has recently started Act 6, the big deal act that comprises roughly half of the comic. You can check out all the episodes over here. Our most recent bonus episode is on Armageddon, and the next bonus episode will be on Promstuck.

The Icewind Dale seasons of Mages & Murderdads is trucking right along! You can check it out on YouTube on the big playlist of the show!

We've also been streaming Final Fantasy VIII on Twitch every Thursday (twitch.tv/rangedtouch) and you can catch the VODs here.
