I know this is an older video, so you probably won't see this (or may already know by now), but for anyone watching I want to clear up some misinformation you were given in the live... BTS do not have (and have never had) a no-dating rule in their contract. They have spoken about this in a magazine interview. Though the practice is common in Korean entertainment companies, hybe/big hit have never implemented this with BTS. It is they themselves who have chosen not to date in the past, due to their schedules.
