Thoughts on Mindset Going into 2022
Added 2021-12-31 18:36:24 +0000 UTCSwitching my mindset from "I have to do this" to "I want to do this" is extremely helpful for me.
A lot of the time I'll think.. "I have to do this, this and this today." Almost as if I have NO choice in the matter and I'm held hostage to what I HAVE to get done. This can feel very stressful.
For me, a quick way to break out of this is simply thinking about what I WANT to do. For me, simply saying, "I WANT to call my cousin today" or "I WANT to clean my room today" helps me feel like I'm living my life the way I WANT to. And that's a game-changer for me.
I know it's not always that simple, but perhaps this can really help you too.
