At the part were the Captions said "For 20 years, your hat's been getting on our nerves" that was not a comment from Seungkwan, but from the editors. In Korean Variety shows its common for comment by the editors to be included in the hard subs, and every show has a different way to distinguish which subs are which, that gets lost a bit in the cc.
