when you compared joshua and yeosang, it made me gasp cause they're both my biases in their groups.

Thank you for reacting to seventeen .. It is my first introduction to them as well.. I am quite interested to check them now .. 👌 I was a bit lost and worried that I might not be able to remember all their names .. but I guess it comes with time ..

I do think you would enjoy the Going Seventeen TTT Hyperealism... Especially EP. 1 because they drive themselves to the venue. They will be divided into several cars. This might make it a little easier for you to observe them. They are quite a bit to take in if you don't plan to pause and read subtitles..lol. after some time watching you realize you are keeping up. I feel at times that watching their variety content is keeping my old lady brain active. 🤣

I'd honestly disagree when it comes to Seventeen. As both a Carat and NCTzen, most Carats are solidly OT13 with of course a few biases just like with any group. Due to its system, NCT has a lot more solo stans, or fans that only care about a few members and have only a vague idea of what the others are doing. Carats on the other hand tend to check out and support everyone's schedule and the common consensus for a Carat's journey to stanning is "13 seems a lot at first but after becoming a Carat, even 12 doesn't seem enough" meaning we immediately notice a difference if even 1 member is missing.

Wish you could watch one episode of Going Seventeen, it’s their reality show, their personalities really shine there

Oh god, haha good luck learning everyone's names! :)

watching this video somehow reminded me of your first bts reaction haha. thinking of that, i checked the date and you posted your first bts reaction on july 21st last year. i remember you've said once that it would be interesting to react to your first bts reaction one day so it would be a fun idea to do it on your first anniversary of your first bts reaction! i'm not very familiar with seventeen, but i saw that they had their own season of in the soop (since they're under the same company as BTS) so i watched that and it was super fun, i really like these guys! and great job on learning their names so fast, so impressive!!!

I would argue with this but I also am neurodivergent and easily eat up a bunch of random data and hop from group to group and member to member pretty easily when I'm not hyperfocusing on something else LOL

Said this on Youtube but I'll put it here. Seventeen is a really senior group and one of the few groups that completed and have renewed (for another 5!) their initial 7 year contract as a whole and with 13 members that's ASTOUNDING so they definitely have history and a lot of chemistry. I stan a bajillion groups, but Seventeen has moved up the list of favorites for the last year so I'm really hoping you do more content with them. They have TONS to pick from and several getaways, group trips where it's just them playing and drinking together for more authentic moments between them all. Going Seventeen TTT Hyperrealism (2 episodes worth) I think is the best example of this, but Going Seventeen is their personal variety show and they have SOOOOO much content to pick from I think you really have unlimited options. Another would be the 7th anniversary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiIfte6NpHc&t=2485s or their in the soop as a more long form/multi episode format. I'm sure there are more examples of them chatting together I'm not thinking of but I think the moments where it's just them allows for them to relax and forget at least a little that they are being filmed and fall into more normal habits of interacting with each other for best analysis mode

The best Way to get to know them (as recommended by our wise Leader S.Coups)is Going Seventeen TTT 2020 https://youtu.be/OjbjlNbQqLc

omg yay i wasn't expecting you to react to them this soon

My Raging Whormoans

Ive ulted both svt and ateez for years and they really do both have the same chaotic energy

You also might be interested to know that once people get into so many groups, or even bigger groups like this, they tend to just focus on a couple of members, unless it’s one of their favorite groups. I see a lot a lot of nct fans do this because there are so many of them and so many units among them. Its a generalization of course, but there’s really only so many faces, personalities, and groups you can keep up with comprehensively in a short amount of time. Those who have accumulated a lot of groups over many years are an exception for sure, but time and memory really gets spread out when fans try to keep up with so many individuals. I feel like people choose between being fans of a few groups and all of the members in depth, choose a lot of groups but only scratch the surface moderately, or just get into a few members in depth from many groups. I guess that’s common in being a music fan as well though.

Ah I’ll have to brush up on my seventeen so I can keep up too. It very much feels like exponential energy bouncing where one of them gets excited and the next one gets more excited and then a few more join in and it keeps going. I’m newer to ateez, but they seem like that just on a smaller scale.

This video couldn't come at a better time, I just started getting into Seventeen and I must say I was overwhelmed at first too, but they are one of the groups with the best dynamic I have ever seen. I love that even if they're a big group, I could tell them apart pretty quickly, because they all have such big, different personalities and work so well together. Looking forward to see more reactions to Seventeen!
