2022-12-23 21:39:51 +0000 UTCI’m so glad you reacted to them! They’re my favorite duo on the grid and their chemistry is somewhat underrated in a way. You nailed it. Pierre has actually referred to Yuki as his younger brother which is probably more accurate than how fans jokingly refer to them (as a married, now divorced couple 😂). I hope you can react to more of their content. It may be a bit long but their AlphaTauri podcast (video available) really shows off their dynamic well. In terms of their relationship on track, I think it’s one of the best. There are other teams where the drivers have great chemistry off track but then call each other idiots on track (which is fair and part of the competitive nature of this sport). But I don’t think I’ve ever seen that from Yuki’s and Pierre, even when they once crashed into each other. Once Yuki made a mistake during qualifying and in his interview he asked if he had messed up Pierre’s lap and if Pierre was mad at him. He seemed genuinely more concerned about Pierre than himself not doing well
