Often, my friends get me to stream games for them. This is, presumably, because I am the kind of person who struggles with simple tasks in a way that they find amusing. During a busy period, they asked me to record this so that they wouldn't miss out on a certain adventure's Epic Conclusion. For the first time, this is being shared publicly (with an added intro for context). My friends loved it, will the random people online who don't know me personally? WHO KNOWS.

(Admittedly I'm a lil more silly-mode here than I would be in public-facing content. You get to see how foolish I truly am. YES i make a lot of very silly noises in my day-to-day life. NO i did not see that rock coming despite it being clearly visible. Every day is a struggle for me!!!!!!)

As I mentioned on Bluesky, I've been having a lil trouble with the tutorial-style video I wanted to make. I switched subject after the first bad attempt I talked about in the last update, and quickly found that latency issues* were going to be a common problem and I need to look into some kind of external audio recording setup when recording my DAW. Workin' on it!

*for nerds: I usually use ASIO4ALL for low latency, with the regular sound driver needing much higher latency with a lot of the plugins I use. Obviously I can't also use a standard screen recorder while doing that. I don't want to use something like a recording VST because some of these vids move around between DAW and other programs, so I'm thinking if I can just externally capture my audio things will be so much simpler! Workin' on it.

This one has weirdly stayed in my head since I watched it. The finding of the road and the eventual song after is just weirdly well edited and made. Well I mean you edit things well normally but what I mean is that this is an iconic part of your work to me and I really like it.
