Dev Log #15 - 0.4

Welcome back to another episode of "What have Momo and Sa-chi been up to"! With our last update getting released, then its public version going out, and finally a hotfix version after we found the solution to a recurring problem players were facing, it's been some time since we talked about our progress. So here's what's up! Since our chapter's supporter release, we have started working on chapter 03. Momo has finished the writing and most of the coding for the first few events, including the chapter's first H-scene! Meanwhile, Sa-chi started by taking a look at our prologue to decide what we could remake without taking too much time. Since then, we have two events almost fully remade, with one of them being the H-scene; four new events fully written; and rendering of the new events underway. Let's see what else... What about the content? Well, no spoilers, but if you finished the last chapter, you know our heroine found herself in a difficult situation. Expect to see that being resolved with some backstory into both the new character and how things got to this point.

Now, to give more information on this version's intended size: the entirety of chapter 03 should be bigger than chapter 02 according to our planned events. However, a few differences in how said events will be made mean we can't fully predict how long it will take to complete them. We don't want to take another four months before we release content, so we are discussing a cut point for this version that would represent half of the chapter. Doing so, we can have a release sooner while still having enough progress to make reading it worthwhile. We'll share more once we make a decision and share actual schedules as we approach the end of rendering.
