Wait a second. This can mean two things, one good, one bad. The good one: Laure's hate for Lou comes by Lou's decision, to endanger the family tradition, so Laure herself has to have another child to make a new heir. The bad one: because of the tradition, maybe Laure herself didn't want to have a child (Lou) so quickly. Then again, she TOLD everyone that she disowned Lou. Maybe she didn't? Dear God the possibilities are too many to count.
