Fuel 1-2 Rewards

Apparently, the Fuel 1.5 hadn't received the rewards from the past month, although I thought everything had gone through, so I've sent rewards again.
If you haven't received your reward, let me know!
Note: check whether or not your card was charged too! If it wasn't charged, you wouldn't be sent the rewards!
