Inspired by the discussion about weight and height being somewhat off in Laure's post, Ion here is even more of an example: 4'7" and 123 pounds, or 140 cm and 55.8 kg, that would put her BMI around 28.6, just a few kg away from being obese. So she should theoretically look either fairly chunky, or like an active body builder. =) Realistically, with her slight but not frail build, her weight should probably be more in the 85-90 pound range (BMI ~20) or under.
