The mistress of Nuka-World! A cunning Raider that started a slave trading empire out a theme park! If Shaya will be the "antagonist" of the Angelstorm arc, OB will be it's "protagonist!"
Edit: Many people thought that her "threat level" and general SPECIAL didn't really fit the character, and after thinking about it, I may indeed have nerfed her too much. So here's the revised OB, using the 56 available SPECIAL points of F76!

The reason the Minutegirls were revived was because the OverBitch was to lazy to keep her promise of "Mistress time" to one particular slave girl , right? No wonder she has such a hard time with her Slaves and Sister with only having 2 in Luck .......
