Night of the Living Dead -1968 & 1990 versions (Air Date 12/19/92)

(Bridge at 11:28)

Happy Humpday, Homies!! Here’s the cl-ass-sick Night of the Living Dead  episode featuring one of the most amazing panels he’s ever had on any of his shows! I know a lot of folks are watching these for Spooky Szn, so it seemed like a good time to post this one. (I’m also headed to shoot in Pittsburgh this weekend, and I’m really hoping I’ll have time to visit The NotLD cemetery while I’m there! 🥰)

I wanted to include this pic of JB and Marilyn Eastman with this, too, since she recently passed away. 😞

They were both at Spooky Empire, and she sent her son over to our table to see if JB would come visit her. Of course we went over, and she told the sweetest story about how appearing on this ep was one of the happiest moments of her life. 🥰 It was such a beautiful moment, and I’m so happy I got to be there for it! ❤️

Hope you’re having a wonderful week, Patreon Pals! I’ll be en route to Pittsburgh on Friday, but I’ll still make sure you get your weekly dose of Random Radness that day to help get your weekend started out right! 🥰❤️

Should be fixed now! ❤️

Vimeo was set to private so none of us patrion subscribers can watch it.

Apologies if this is old video. But I can’t seem to be able to play this? It says it’s unlocked. But when I click, Vimeo tells me to login because it’s private. I’d really like to watch. Thanks for helping

Is there any way to download this? I‘d like to save it to my phone to watch it on my way to work. Thanks for helping!

I had the pleasure of meeting Judith O'Dea at The Loft in Tucson for their first annual Scream-o-Rama marathon...had to be ten years ago now? I found her to be classy, gracious, and all around lovely. Still have my Elite NOTLD DVD with her autograph!

Oh man I wasn’t ready for that just reading the description of this made me tear up a bit. I had a chance to meet Marilyn a while ago and I didn’t go. Glad you all were so nice to her! Love both the original and the re make. Tom Savini is my favorite behind the scenes horror guy. Since I’ve always been more interested in how a movie was made. It’s a blessing and a curse. I can’t watch a movie without taking myself out of it and wondering how they made that happen. I think Tom Savini is a big reason for that. Seeing his special effects changed everything for me in the 90’s. Also John Carpenters the thing haha. That changed everything for everyone:)

Holy fuck, that was great! Thank you for posting these, as always!

I like this one. I'd like to see more cast reunions now that you can have people back on set again.

Finally got a chance to watch this. Thanks so much for posting - great episode!

I am SO behind on these...haha catching up today!

The NOTLD cemetery is awesome because it looks exactly the same! We made the pilgrimage during the pandemic (seemed like a good socially-distanced idea). Did you make it out there?

Thank you for sharing the story and picture with us! NOTLD is my top horror film with the remake a close 2nd, though I love the guitar soundtrack the best of all from the '90 version.

I watched this when it first aired. I was probably 11 years old. I remember we only caught the last half and so I only saw the remake that night but it scared me and my friends to death. This brought back some memories, thank you. I never saw the original for a few years after this and for that reason I still have a soft spot in my heart for the 1990 remake.
