The latest reference I've seen is a poster of Artic Monkeys, a British rock band, who started in 2002. So we are between 2002 and 2012 (the year MSN ended) but seeing the computer I think we are mostly near 2006-2008, not after because flat-screen monitor started really in 2010. The slow pacing is perfect for me because this is the story about how personalities, demeanor are developing. For sure it will not be to the taste of everyone. How to win my soul and heart with one shot ? In the opening, Cake and See-Eiw were running under the rain, slow motion, very few traveling, Boy Sompbo start singing... and done. My heart is won.
