Fab Foot massage
Added 2019-09-10 10:52:28 +0000 UTCCome join me in this 30 min foot massage video. Joining me today is Toni who has suffered a fair bit of foot pain but was reluctant to have a foot massage due to been too ticklish....
However i point out that once i began with a firm grip she wouldn't feel that way and would forget all about been ticklish.
And so it was i worked deeply into her foot releasing the tension she felt there. Toni works as a carer and as such spends a large portion of her day on her feet and finds that they often ache and hurt made worse by the fact she damaged her foot in an accident several years ago and was still carrying some of that trauma.
During the session i could feel her feet actually melt in my hands as she let go of all that tension.
