Suffering lower back pain? come join me in this lower back massage. So I started off in this massage doing some general Back massage just doing a little bit of soft tissue massage to feel what was going on in the body. It became apparent to me that the lower back especially the lower back on the left side felt very tight.
It felt like the muscles were pulling towards the spine and also the QL felt very short.
After speaking with Toni she confirmed she has deen dealing with lower back pain for years and the past 2 weekends she had been camping so her back pain had flared a little.
During this massage to ease her back pain you will see me using a variety of techniques including
soft tissue massage
deep tissue massage
shiatsu
stretching
pressure point work
trigger point work
to name just a few.
