I just took it as restarting and this time the director is going to be pursued! I think there was a lot that was lost and it being a short series because I know the novel is supposed to have some different themes. Dennis really didn’t make a lot of sense in this series but I believe he does in the novel.

And yes since the director now doesn't know he is waiting for someone and about the curse he seems a bit more aware of the ppl around him. Not as cold. Which I think will help with Denis aswell. That's the thing with a restart. They all got a second chance to do better.

2023-02-13 07:56:21 +0000 UTCI think people were mostly mad because Denis didn´t get any punishment - but I believe that Denis was meant to be one of Gods punishments I also think that his issue started from the Director because the Director remebers that Denis was also the one who killed Soel in the past - now the Director does´t remember anything of it so he treated Denis better - at least my theory ^^
