She works at a beautiful manor house over looking stately gardens.. we have been instagram friends for a long time now and she recently began having sessions with me for back and shoulder pain.... However this session is designed purely for relaxation... I felt she was a little all over the place when she came to visit me and her anxiety levels were high (maybe she was nervous about filming?) however I felt it was more deep rooted than that so I wanted to calm her nervous system by gently working pressure points around her face and massaging her scalp, I wanted to ease any tension she was feeling in her jaw! I worked a couple of points on her chest to help release grief before I worked the heart meridian to balance her heart...
