I had a lot of doubts about the composition of the illustration, but I finally decided on this one.
I personally like nurses' costumes, and at the time I also liked the nurse in Ringo Shiina's PV.
At first I drew her as a nurse, but the composition ended up looking more like a foot fetish than a blowjob illustration.
After that, I gave up on the Red Cross because, as I recall, the Geneva Convention forbade me to draw it without permission.
I tried drawing other compositions, but they didn't feel right, so I tried drawing the nurse again.

It's interesting to see how confused she is.
As a result, I think the composition is very Haruko-like.
The request was that she should definitely wear a bracelet.
So I decided to emphasize the bracelet in the composition.
The next step is to create the line drawing.
