It's American football without all that wussy body armour those football players wear. We like our sports people to get real brain damage and broken bones, none of these wimpy sooks covered in padding getting 'minor concussions' with 'lasting consequences' nonsense. Just *BAM!* and they're a vegetable, because that's how sports ball works. It's like NASCAR. People only watch for the accidents because we did in fact evolve from filthy monkey men.
