The person in question, Matt (2-t's) Monfore, is a well-known dundertw*t in these parts and the Tribal Government probably did him a favor and saved his nose from being relocated to another part of his face. The downside is that he's now going to be going into our university's museum to ask why there are still monkeys since our state government is probably going to be gaga over it.
