I think I was poisoned at thanksgiving this year!!! My mom and I have been sick for a solid week with the worst gastrointestinal virus either of us have EVER had!!! 🤢 🤮 🤒

2021-12-03 08:55:18 +0000 UTCNot Thanksgiving, but at Christmas, there were "Christian and non-Christian" tables. It was never STATED that way, but my family (atheist) and my immediate cousins (atheist-Jewish) ate at a table in the kitchen while everyone else had dinner in the formal dining room. It "just always seemed to work out that way" according to the relative hosting. After the family kept getting bigger and people moved further away and "gathering for Christmas" stopped being a thing we didn't shed any tears. None of us heathens took it personally. We thought it was so funny that the hostess thought we had no idea.
