How about my OC Alkie accidentaly dropping some growth potions she was making on herself and one other (Maybe one of your OCs), causing them both to grow in size and weight until the both of them break out of the building they were in from sheer size alone. Not sure what character to use, but I'm thinking about a scenario where said character in question is a fighter wanting to get in shape for an upcoming tournament, but the diet suggested to them literally makes them bigger than the rest of the competition. Somehow, victory is secured in the end

Best thing I think of is Carmelita Fox chasing Sly through an Ice Cream Factory. Shenanigans happen and somehow she gets super massive stuffed with ice cream. But just when Sly thinks the coast is clear, Carmelita manages to catch Sly by rolling and lands on top of him. Only problem now is she can't move.
