Important; YCH Postponed Indefinitely Due To Payment Issues

I hope you're all doing well.

As the title says I have decided to postpone the remaining YCH that I accepted. About a week ago my PayPal account was locked and all of my incoming transactions were put on hold; I believe it was because I recently changed my account into a business account, or maybe it's because of a new policy, I am not certain. I managed to get my account unlocked recently but as of now all of my incoming transactions are on hold and will remain that way for the next three weeks. Apparently I can only remove the hold if my account experiences no disputes on any payments for 40 more days, plus additional criteria. Since my commissions/YCH/etc. are usually digital I can't prove that I "shipped" the product that was purchased and I've received flack for that, too.

Admittedly this has been very stressful and it has destroyed my motivation completely, I have been struggling to keep this issue out of my mind because it seems like all I can do is just wait for it to pass, but for now I have absolutely no interest in working on any YCH. I am too nervous that additional transactions will get put on hold, or there will be a problem with the non-existent shipping, or some other issue.

I have thought about alternative payment methods such as Ko-Fi or Stripe but I just do not know what I want to do about this right now, it has come at a very bad time as my job has become much more difficult lately. I haven't been this stressed in a while! I have struggled to think through this problem properly. Illustrated story purchases are being put on hold too but I have no energy to determine what I'm going to do about that. I thought about simply closing the online store abruptly but that seems irrational. 

Still, I sincerely appreciate your support. For those of you who talked to me about a YCH, do not worry-- your name is still on the list and it will stay there. Fortunately I did not ask for payment up front so I should not owe any art to anyone currently. I'm going to try and keep drawing for fun and posting more on Patreon, but at this point I don't even know if the Patreon amount will come through PayPal properly. I dislike this amount of uncertainty. It was never this way before!

If I manage to find a better payment method or I am able to fix PayPal, then I will let you all know and I will likely return to the YCH. Although for all I know it might be as much as a month and a half before this issue is sorted out, and I do not like thinking about that at all.

If there's one good thing that's come out of this... it's that I don't have to worry about drawing personal art at all. My motivation in general is in the gutter because of everything that is going on, but I can still draw personal art occasionally to relax, and I can post that stuff on Patreon without a problem. So please expect some sort of art at some point.
