If this were real, there would be so much bigotry and discrimination to the point that Futa would be killed in some countries like gays are nowadays, and in other countries, they would be treated like second-class citizens or non-humans, and reports like this wouldn’t be published, or it would be edited to the point there wouldn’t be a point in making the report.

It was at the beginning of the 2030s when it all started.

The first Futa started showing up. It was only 1 or 2 at first.

When perfectly normal girls hit puberty, they’d have their first wet dream, and they discovered they had a 2-to-3-inch dick that looked like it was their clit, but it was just above their clit.

So what is a Futa?

A Futa has both sexual Organs, so, until puberty, the girls have what looks like an average vagina, then their hormones kick in, and what they first thought was their engorged clit was really a flaccid cock just above their clit.

But by the end of 2032, there were 12 or so in the education facility, and by the time they graduated, there was about 30 Futa of varying ages and grades in the education facility.

The boys liked them because they could do the same things that boys could, as they had the same strength as them

There was a bit of confusion with the locker rooms as there was no uniformity over the educational facilities. Some put Futa in the girl's locker room, and some put Futa in the boy's locker room. It didn’t cause any trouble.

It just got confusing when there were inter-educational facility events like sports or concerts

In College, the Futa got to use their own dressing rooms and toilets, which some of the girls and boys didn’t like.  As they were hoping the Futa would have to share their locker room, as they had a liking for the Futa charms as the girls and some of the boys do.

Futa wasn't exclusive with females or with males.

It seemed they liked both equally, and there wasn’t any apparent animosity between the sexes

It kept on like that until about 2042 when Futa numbers started to increase slowly, then by 2054, the government started to realize that the male birth rate was going down, and the people that figured that stuff out figured out that it’s a 99% chance Futa will only sire girls or Futa.

And girls sired by Futa have a 99% chance of only giving birth to a Futa or a girl.

So, the Futa population would slowly increase, and the male population would slowly decrease, and that the only way to reverse it, was to sterilize everyone who had the Futa gene, which by now would mean sterilizing just under half of the population.

So, the world's governments did what they usually do, they kept it quiet from the population until people started to figure it out for themselves, and by then, there wasn’t any way of reversing the extinction of the male gender.

So by the year 2095, the male gender was almost gone, and the Futa had taken on all male roles.

A good example is now all the A-grade male football teams were now, Futa teams, and so on. The only drawback was that Futa is highly sexual with an incredibly higher sex drive more than men ever were.

Futa can fuck for longer and cum 4-6 times in a row.

And their cum can be thicker like yogurt or thinner like a light cream because we discovered that as Futa get older, they can control how potent their ejaculation is

It wasn’t clear how it was done, but through trial and error, they discovered it was a subconscious will to procreate or not to reproduce.

One is how to control your heart rate or blood flow to an arm or leg, which in an accident, could slow or stop blood loss or prevent how potent your ejaculation is.

As well as fixing birth control, they also wiped out STDs.

The only thing people had to worry about was the Religious fanatics about sex and marriage.

Still, they were few and far between as people were getting more enlightened with their inner peace, which resulted in more openness with more promiscuity than before.

We had a world full of, at first glance, sexy females.

They all liked dressing sexy, for the most part, in hot outfits, but some of the Futa wanted to dress a bit more butch but with a feminine touch.

They’d have sexy tight jeans but with accommodation for their package in the crotch, and there are still he-man types, who think they are a gift to the world, and that the sun shine’s out of their ass.

So, that’s the world now.

All the males are mostly gone. We get the odd throwback when a girl gives birth to a male, but they are very Feminine and end up dressing like a girl and getting fucked, like any other girl.

Most opt to get a sex change, funded By the government, the operation is so refined now that they can even get pregnant through IVF so they don’t feel like an oddity as they are 3%-6% of the population now.

And there are still lesbians, and some Futa call other Futa’s sissy’s if they have sex with another Futa. Luckily that viewpoint is minimal, but apart from that, there is no stigma with being gay.

Girls can be with girls, and Futa can be with Futa. 99% of the population doesn’t see it as a problem or gets upset with it.

With no males really left, some laws slowly changed. Public nudity is ok.

Even sex in public is allowed.

That first got changed as they realized that with a higher sex drive, staff needed to have a sex break, as well as a lunch break.

To relieve tension, some businesses put in a sex room, as it wasn’t safe for staff to have sex on the work floor. But in offices, workers used the lunchroom if they didn’t get a sex room, plus the secretary had to be paid a bonus for sexual favors for the boss.

It didn’t matter if the boss was a Futa or a female, they had to be paid the bonus, but it was always up to the employee what they did.

Rape is still against the law, but with a population with a higher sex drive, you could always find a willing partner.

Underage sex is still against the law oafishly

Human health is mandatory in schools and colleges.

After all, it was through the ability to calm the mind that made learning more enjoyable and productive for everyone.

A side effect or bonus, depending on your point of view, a Futa can control the potency of the sperm they can produce, whether it be healthy sperm or non-viable sperm.

That only makes a mess or fills their sexual partner up.

Training is how we have gotten rid of 90% of birth defects. (they still haven’t solved why we still sometimes get the odd male. )

It also helps to center their thoughts.

We still get the usual teenage shit with hormones, but as they get older, it gets better

We are always looking for ways to explore the real you, whether it’s through centering your thoughts or through sexual health.

It’s all about finding who you are

I’ve even heard that some American Colleges have a naked week where two students from each year go naked for a week, then they pick another set of students for the next week.

And so on.

Throughout the year, they must be of age, of course.

I hope they start that here.

Other laws that changed were marriage. A Futa can have more than one wife, but it’s hard in that the other wife must agree, and they must live together for two years before they can get married. But most just live together.

Another plus to centering and educating the mind is addiction is nonexistent. Yes, people drink alcohol, but it’s just a relaxant.

It’s the same with smoking.

It’s just to relax, and it’s only ever seen in social settings. Drugs are legal but can only be obtained through a doctor's prescription, so organized crime is almost nonexistent

So a Futa is stronger than a male.

They have more stamina than a male.

They look just like any other girl.

They have a penis and testicle just above their clite that doesn’t become noticeable until puberty unless you look very closely.

Futa,

Has a fully functioning vagina but can’t get pregnant, so it’s believed.

Their penis doesn’t stop growing until the body stops growing. (25-30 years of age)

At the start of puberty, it’s 2-3 inches.

By mid-teens, it’s 7-8 inches, and by the age of adulthood, it’s 15-17 inches. So by the end of the body's natural growing span, when a futa penis stops growing, it can be 18-20 inches is the average but some Futa are more endowed then others.

Futa is growers, not showers ( but that is slowly changing) that’s why Futa wasn’t discovered until puberty as only a close examination would reveal their Futa sex, and even then it wouldn’t be 100% confirmed until they are 2 or 3 years of age unless seen by a specialist.
