One boy's Journey - Chapter 6

OTHER CHAPTER | ALL STORY LIST

I woke up just before the 6:00 a.m. alarm. I did my therapy routine and coffee enema. I have been trying to work up the courage to ask Aunt V for something bigger to dilate with.

Saturday was going to be a very early day because my therapist agreed to see me at 7:15 a.m. before the cheer camp. I made scanned copies of my note book and put them in a big brown envelope.

Right on time, Taylor and Lexi pulled up, I jumped in, and we were off to cheer camp. Lexi, Emma, and I were in the gym stretching out before most of the girls were. We were doing splits when some of the older girls came out.

We heard a couple sighs and a hmph! or two. One of the coaches heard it and said, It wouldn't hurt you girls to put in a little extra effort. We said nothing; we just looked at each other, holding back our smiles.

Line up, ladies!!! The head coach commanded. All three of us got pushed to the front. The coaches explained a new move we had to add to a certain routine we had already practiced. I knew this move from ballet.

We had to add a hip shift in a 180-degree jump spin. I wasn't worried about it. Lexi didn't look worried either. Emma looked a bit worried. I said to quietly start the hip shift as you jump and spin. Let the shift help you spin in the air.

We ran the new move over and over again. Several girls fell multiple times. Lexi and I saw Emma's moves; her first two were really rough, but she didn't fall. After about 10 attempts, Emma was looking pretty good. The three of us were almost in sync together. A lot of girls were still having trouble with it.

They changed up four more moves. All the moves I have done in either gymnastics or dance. Emma was struggling a bit, but she was doing better than most of the other girls.

Emma was watching Lexi and me very closely. We'd whisper pointers to her. The coaches were barking loudly at the other girls about posture and techniques. Most were getting a bit better. But the three of us were looking good.

We took a small break, and the three of us drank water and discussed the new move. Most of the other girls were trying to get the moves down. A few of them were trying to stare us down. Lexi just smiled at them. Emma and I kept our backs to them.

The coaches were watching everything. The three of us were put in front and spaced out. We faced the rest of them, our first routine ladies. The music started, and we started routine 1. Lexi, Emma, and I were smiling while performing the routine.

The so-called mean girls were not smiling and proceeded through the routine. We got to the end, and about ten of the girls were getting it down. Six of the mean girls were not doing very well.

Like Mrs. Park said, you can't let anger control you. My smile was genuine and not out of spite. Emma was smiling with confidence. We went over it over and over.

At least a dozen times. We were split up into groups. 3 groups: Emma in one, Lexi in another, and me in the third. We changed the routine over and over until we could barely stand.

I think the coaches were pushing us to see how much we could endure. It reminded me of watching the movie G.I. Jane with my mom. I remember Demi Moore going through Navy SEAL training and how the drill instructors pushed them harder and harder all the time.

Demi never gave up. There was no way I was going to. I've come too far to quit. This may not be Navy SEAL training, but it felt like it a little. Lexi, Emma, and I were doing pretty well.

I still had plenty left, but I was feeling it too. A couple girls threw up, and another gave up all together. Emma, Lexi, and I stole drinks of water when we had a chance.

Emma pretty much copied everything Lexi and I did. We didn't mind a bit. We figured we had a great shot of making the squad, and if the coaches saw we raised Emma's performance, that would give us an edge.

It was just after 3:30 p.m. when the coaches blew the whistle. The coaches called four names. The one mean girl, Cheryl, objected immediately. Wait one second, coach, why do these two get to stay? I was a cheerleader last year!

This one didn't make the squad last year, pointing at Emma, and this girl wasn't even in school here last year, pointing at me.

Now that you mentioned it, Cheryl, I will tell all of you. The same rules apply this year as every year. We take the best from camp. These girls worked together, worked harder, and performed better than you. And they lasted through every drill.

You still want to be a cheerleader, Cheryl? Yes Coach! Maintain good grades, get in better shape, and you can try out for the winter cheer squads.

If I find any girls that were cut hassling the girls that made the squad, you will not cheer at all or be outright expelled. Any other objections? No ma'am! We all said it loudly. Good luck in the shower, ladies! 9:30 am on the floor, dressed, stretched out, and ready! Good night!

All the girls went to the locker room partially to hide from the coaches in the shower. One of the mean girls walked up to us. Hi, sorry about before; I'm Kelly. Lexi introduced us. Kelly, this is Emma and my new friend Rianna. Great name! Like the singer? Yes, but no "h.". Call me Ree or Kelly. You girls looked great, said Kelly. Thank you, I said.

Can you give me some tips? I watched you, Kelly, said Lexi. You're good, but you don't love it. You have to love it. Have some fun. Use the balls of your feet more, I said.

Thanks, I will. Are you girls coming in early to stretch out again? Maybe, said Lexi. Emma You looked great this year, said Kelly. Thanks Kelly. I gotta run bye, said Kelly.

Wow, where did that come from? I don't know. But I don't trust her. She and Cheryl are like sisters. Any bets on Cheryl's mom showing up tomorrow to complain? asked Emma. About 100% said Lexi.

I said I was staying as far away as possible from that subject. I rinsed off quickly, and Lexi and I left for home. I put on my dance gear and was just getting downstairs when Aunt V rolled in. I jumped in, and we headed to the gymnastics class.

You look exhausted. Ree Are you up for this? I'm not sure, to be honest. Well, cheerleading is your primary goal, right? Yes, but I missed a lot of gymnastics classes. Is it important to you? Yes,  but... the final cuts are tomorrow, right? I asked Aunt V. Yes Ma'am.

We'll talk to your coach tonight. I think you need some serious rest. Can Lexi and Emma spend the night Saturday night? I suppose I would have to talk with Emma's mom first; we've never met. Here is her number; buzz, I texted it to you. Okay, but first, let's talk to your gymnastics coach. Thanks, Aunt V.

Ree You look exhausted, said coach Karpov. Cheer camp, right? Yes Ma'am. Final cuts tomorrow? How'd you know? I wrote part of their choreography. The head coach is an old friend. She said you and the two girls you are with are the best she has seen this year.

You worked hard for this, Rianna. I know this is your primary goal. Go rest tonight, make the squad, and come back when you are able to. We'll be here. I need you at 100%. I kissed her cheek and thanked her. She smiled and said, Good luck, sweetie.

Let's get some seafood tonight, said Aunt V. I said okay. We went to Red Lobster. We both had the grilled salmon. I got a cup of clam chowder, and Aunt V had a salad. I normally get a salad, but I needed the carbs. I ate a whole basket of their cheese biscuits.

It was great winding down at the restaurant. I drank a ton of water at dinner. We got home just before 7 p.m. I went upstairs, showered quickly, and got in the Jacuzzi. Those jets were invigorating. I must have been there for half an hour before Aunt V checked on me.

Would you like me to roll your hair, honey? Please, Aunt V. Let's get you ready. My aunt bought me more rollers and nets and an oversized swim cap. My aunt bought me 12 bottles of setting solution. Why so many bottles? I asked. Three girls are sleeping overnight. I know you girls will be rolling each other's hair after a dip in the pool. That's probably true, Aunt V. We giggled.

She rolled my hair tight in the soft plastic rollers. She soaked my hair in the setting solution. She netted and capped it. Shouldn't I sit under the dryer? I asked. No, it is too late tonight. In the morning, if your hair is still damp, you can sit under the dryer.

Remember, we have to leave at 7 a.m. for your therapist. Do you have your notes? Yes Ma'am. It was 8:30 p.m. when I went to bed. I was up just before 6 a.m. I showered up quickly, and I got under the hair dryer. When I shut off the dryer, Aunt V came in and helped me with my hair.

I dressed in a denim miniskirt and a purple T-shirt. I brought my cheer bag with me. We arrived at my therapist a little early. She welcomed me in. We talked about my trip to Napa Valley, meeting Lexi, and most of what we did at the sleepover, cheer camp, Emma, Kelly, Cheryl, and Mean girls.

We talked for a solid hour. I told her how great I slept with Aunt V and Lexi. I told her about my attraction to Lexi. I also told her about a couple of cute boys I saw at cheer camp too. When we were done, she complimented my hair.

We got to school at 8:35 a.m. I met Lexi, and we were changing when Emma showed up. We all got dressed as we were walking into the gym. Kelly showed up alone.

Can I warm up with you? She asked. We let Lexi answer for us. Kelly recognized the hesitation. Kelly said it's okay; I just thought I'd ask.

Get changed Kelly, and come join us, said Lexi. Kelly perked up and said, "Thanks." We were stretching out when I said, I'm not sure I trust her. Neither do I say Emma; she and Cheryl used to be like sisters.

Agreed, said Lexi. We'll see soon enough. Everyone deserves a chance, until they don't, I said. Are you girls all ready for tonight? I asked. Emma was excited; my overnight bag is already in the car. Did you bring a bikini? No, I have one piece. Don't worry, I have extras you can borrow.

Kelly came out a couple minutes later. She joined our warm-up routine. Do you girls practice together a lot? Kelly asked. I answered no, but I have ballet and gymnastics training. What about you, Emma? Kelly asked. I do gymnastics. You look super fit, said Kelly. What's your secret?

Swimming, lots of swimming, and a little yoga too. We continued to stretch out. Kelly was really studying us; I've seen this tactic many times. But I held my tongue. We started practicing the new moves.

Kelly was concentrating on our technique. I corrected her posture a bit and kept reminding her about using the balls of her feet more. The coaches barked, Line up! We were all in the front row.

Ladies, today are the final cuts for the football squads. If you don't make it this time, you are welcome to join the winter cheer camp in 12 weeks. All of you that make it today have the option to stay through the basketball and hockey seasons.

There will be a better chance to make the squad because we'll need cheerleaders. Yes Ma'am. Keep this in mind. You need to meet grade and behavior standards. We will not tolerate harassment or bullying of any kind. Yes Ma'am! We said. Good luck. Let's begin.

Five! The coach barked! We started with five, but a few girls started with routine number one. We noticed but said nothing. A few girls giggled at them. We would run a routine a couple of times.

The coaches walk around us, randomly changing routines at the end of a routine. After 45 minutes, we had a quick break for water and restrooms. I was in the stall by myself at the far end.

When I heard girls talking about Lexi, Emma, and me, They were angry at us because we were better than they were. They were really upset at Kelly for befriending us.

I waited until they left. And I ran out to the gym and joined my crew. I recognized the voices of the girls. It was the three other girls who were friends with Cheryl.

We worked right up to lunch time. At lunch, Cheryl and her mother showed up. Cheryl's mom looked very powerful in her custom-tailored pantsuit. She reminded me of Aunt V or Cathy.

She quietly whispered to the head coach. They disappeared from the office. We could hear some loud voices, but nothing we could understand. The four of us drank some Power Aid that was provided and started stretching again.

Kelly said that's Cheryl's mom. She's a Clark County commissioner. She knows fashion, I said. She sure does, said Kelly. Lexi said, Did you see her shoes, Jimmy Choo's? I sure did, Emma. If I am not mistaken, that is a Christian Dior pantsuit!

We finished stretching and lined up first. As they left, Cheryl pointed at us. It looked like Cheryl was pointing at me. I saw it out of the corner of my eye. I didn't look over.

If they came at me, I didn't want to add to their anger. I knew I had to tell Aunt V—maybe Cathy too. I may be paranoid, but with everything I have been through, I am not taking chances.

We all knew enough not to say anything bad about Cheryl or her mother in front of Kelly. I'm not going to say anything to anyone. I will write it all down.

The coaches drilled us even harder than yesterday. By 3 p.m., I was tired, but thankful I didn't do gymnastics last night. There were a couple girls who fell out of the routine. The three of us and Kelly all managed pretty well.

At 3:30 p.m., the whistle blew. Okay, ladies, line up! We lined up. They cut three girls. Two of the girls were two of three that were talking about me and my friends. I served them right, I thought to myself. All their little passive, aggressive comments, sighs, and giggles at everyone.

I was glad to see a few girls still there who fell out the day before but refused to give up. Kelly commented on the mean girls that got cut. Those two won't be happy, she said. They were cheerleaders last year, too.

Kelly stated, Look girls, I like you. I am grateful for your help. So let me say this much. Watch your backs; the three of them are vindictive. We smiled and thanked Kelly for the advice. I was about to comment on my old school, but I didn't. The less I say at this point, the better.

As for the rest of you, The coaches barked. Get some rest. All next week will be equally tough as today. Practice the routines. We have CD's up here of the music each of you can take home and practice. Sleep well, ladies; you're going to need it. See you Monday at 9 a.m. on the floor stretched out, warmed up, and ready.

We gathered our stuff; we didn't bother to shower. I was happy I made the cut. I could see the mean girls whispering behind me. I watched as Kelly walked past them, not saying a word. I thought to myself, Stock up a couple points for Kelly. Time will tell.

None of the three of us celebrated; we just went outside to wait for our rides. We said good-bye to Kelly and said we'd see her Monday.

None of us mentioned our sleepover. Emma's mom pulled up first, and we introduced ourselves. Emma's mom is Linda. She was really nice. She was a little older than Aunt V. She was pretty with salt and pepper hair in a long wedge bob. It framed her face perfectly.

Aunt V pulled up behind Linda's SUV. If you girls want to ride together, that's fine; I'll follow you. Thanks, mom, said Emma. We loaded all our gear into Aunt V's SUV. We all got in the back.

When we got to my house, I introduced Aunt V to Linda. We all went inside. I started coffee and poured iced tea for us girls.

Ree, go start the hot tub outside, and you girls can relax in it. Thanks, Aunt V. We raced upstairs and changed into our bikinis. I loaned Emma my pink poke-a-dot bikini. Emma loved my room.

What a great room, she said. Thanks, I said. Aunt V decorated it for me just before I moved out here. Where are you from? Ohio, I said. Why did you move? It was a small town with no opportunities for me there. (Which is true, but I didn't want to get into the real reason.).

Are your parents back in Ohio? My mom owns her own salon, and my dad left when I was 3. Aunt V is my godmother and mom's best friend. Well, I, for one, am happy you're here now. I just hope the hot tub doesn't mess up my hair much, said Emma.

Don't worry about your hair. Emma, after dinner, we're doing a salon night. Salon night? Emma asked. Can I show her Ree? Go ahead. We walked into my bathroom, and Emma saw a hair dryer and rollers.

We'll have to take turns with rollers. No, we won't. I said Aunt V bought more rollers and nets, caps, and setting solutions. Do you have makeup? asked Emma. Girl please! I have almost everything MAC makes for us girls. We giggled! What I didn't notice right away was that Aunt V bought me a bunch of false eyelashes too.

We tied up our hair. I loaned the girls my matching mules, and we headed downstairs. Linda was stunned. I normally don't let Emma wear a bikini. Don't worry, said Aunt V; they aren't going to the public pool, are you girls? No, ma'am, we said.

I guess it's okay, then. I love the mules, said Linda. We did a spin and curtsey. Emma's curtsey was a little late, but it was still a cute gesture.

Very nice girls, said Linda. Aunt V never complained about curtseys; Cathy only mentioned it once, and it stuck with me. Emma caught on right away. I really like her. We sat in the hot tub, chatting away. What do you girls want to do tomorrow? Asked Emma.

I thought we'd run through the routines in the morning and go from there, I said. Emma, tell me about yourself. Do you have any college plans? What does your class schedule look like?

Well, my mom is the vice president of the Aria Hotel and Casino, and my dad is an attorney. I want to be an attorney like my dad. What about you, Lexi? I want to be a psychiatrist. And you, Ree? An attorney like my aunt Cathy. Really?

You're not just saying that, are you? No, it's true, said Lexi. She's been studying all summer. Are going to take Latin next year. I plan on it. How's your Spanish? I started speaking in Spanish. Wow, great accent. Our housekeeper has been helping me with it.

Aunt V walks out to us with Linda. How do you girls feel about pizza for dinner? Yes, yes, yes! What do you want from it? Extra cheese and bread sticks, please, we all say. Done! Said aunt V. Emma, have fun. I'll pick you up at 4 p.m. Thanks, mom. I love you. I love you too, sweetheart.

I know we haven't said anything, but I am proud of us. We made it, girls! I wouldn't have made it without you two, said Emma. I wouldn't say that. said Lexi. I remember you from last year.

You came prepared this year. We just helped you fine-tune a few things. Well, the real work starts Monday, said Lexi. And soon we have school, Emma said.

Do you think those mean girls will give us problems? I asked. You can count on it, said Emma. But they're smart. They won't come at us directly.

As far as they're concerned, we took their spots. They should have been better prepared, I said. Why be prepared when you're born entitled? said Emma.

Cheryl's their leader, said Emma. What about Kelly? I asked. Kelly and Cheryl have always been tight since grade school, said Emma. But last year, they fell out over a boy.

The boy asked Kelly out, and Cheryl was really upset about it. Things got so bad that the boy transferred schools over it. Rumor has it, Cheryl's mom pressured the school to have him transferred. I still don't trust her, said Emma.

Well, I like to think we can trust each other, I said. Me too, said Lexi. Me three said Emma. Ding Dong! Ohhh pizza!!! I shouted. We all went to the door in our bikinis.

The driver wasn't more than 17. How much, I ask? Uh, uh, he was starring. $26.39 please. He was checking us out; he kept staring at Lexi's belly button.

We all had 4"-heeled mules. The poor boy was dumbfounded. I handed him 30 dollars and said, Keep the change! Thanks, he said. We said bye in a cute musical manner. It was almost like we were teasing him a little. Which we were, I guess. I found it empowering.

He was kind of cute, said Emma. We giggled.

I got out the plates, and we sat at the counter. We ate everything. We were giggling about eating like football players. We cleaned up and headed upstairs. I let Lexi take a shower first while I showed Emma my closet. Lexi had her pants on when we just finished.

We put on our nighties. We all had babydoll nights. Emma had a dark red one; it went well with her golden brown hair. I let her wear my black mules. Lexi had a sapphire blue nightie; she brought matching mules. I wore my bright yellow with matching mules.

You girls really love your heels, said Emma. Yes, we do, as I said. You move well in heels. Emma said Lexi. My mom had me in them most of the summer.

She says it would improve my balance and posture. Well, I noticed the difference in you, said Lexi. Are girls going to wear heels on the first day of school?

I am, I said. Aunt V And I shopped forever, trying to find the perfect blue to match the uniform skirt. I am too, said Lexi. I bought black and light blue heels to match the light blue plaid pattern. Well, I guess I better get some shoes, said Emma. DSW had a whole bunch, I said.

Who's up first, asked Lexi? I say the new girl! Good idea, Ree! Emma, girlfriend, you're up! Have a seat. Lexi put a cape on her. Lexi started soaking her hair in the setting solution. We started combing and separating her hair. Lexi and I started rolling her hair up. Her hair drank in the setting spray.

We ended up using almost a whole 16-ounce bottle of solution on her golden brown hair. Emma had super-straight hair. We had a tough time rolling it up. We rolled it up super tight. Emma said, Too tight, it hurts.

Relax Em! I said it was the same for all of us. Emma had over 60 rollers in her hair. We soaked her hair in a setting solution and netted her hair. We turned her towards the mirror, and her jaw dropped. OMG!!! She said. Okay, it's your turn. I sat down. Em! I'm going to show you how to separate and roll.

Please pay attention, because you and Ree are rolling mine next. Lexi was equally patient with Emma. Lexi is a natural at teaching. She's direct and easy to understand.

She's great at answering questions and staying on point. Emma was caught by the 5th rollers. Soon my head was covered in rollers, soaked in solution, and netted up.

Last up is Lexi. Good thing we had lots of rollers left because she has thick hair. You're so lucky to be a natural blonde. Lexi said Emma. Thank you. Your golden brown hair is very pretty too, Emma. I looked at them both in the mirror and smiled.

Emma asked Lexi, I need to ask you a personal question. I swear, I won't tell a soul. If you tell me to mind my business, I'll never mention it again.

Lexi looked right at me, then back to Emma. She had the look on her face that meant "she knows." I looked at her and nodded. Are you, or were you ever a boy? Yes Emma I am in transition to be a girl. Are you kidding me? You were a boy, exclaimed Emma. I swear, I'm not judging you, said Emma.

Yes Emma I am in transition to be a girl. Emma didn't look stunned. I looked at Emma; I am in transition too, Em. You, Ree, really? Yes. What I'm about to tell you is not to be shared. I share it with you because I want us to be good friends.

I proceeded to tell Emma everything. Her jaw dropped. I saw tears form in her eyes. OMG Ree, I'm so sorry. Wait a second, you were the boy from the news who was beaten up in Ohio.

According to the news, you were in a coma and almost died. That's all true, I said. What the news didn't report were all my injuries. Ree I really am very sorry.

Thank you, Em. It's okay now. Thanks to several people. I am doing well. Thanks to Lexi and you, I have become real friends for the first time in a long time.

Another question, and I'll stop, I swear, Emma. Can I see them? Asked Lexi. Yes please. Lexi and I looked at one another and smiled. We dropped our pants right there.

Can I? Yes, you may touch it. But be gentle, please, I said. Your flower looks and feels like mine, Emma said. Emma noticed that her touching me made my nipples hard. You respond the same as I do too. Of course, silly girl, I'm a girl too. You sure are, and I love your breasts too, said Emma. I had implants at the same time I said.

She looked at Lexi, and Lexi smiled and said, Go ahead, Em. Emma touched Lexi in the same manner, and Lexi's nipples responded the same way. Oh, it's so soft; I love it. Your balls are so small. Hormones shrank them. I will never have another embarrassing erection again, thank God, said Lexi.

Well, you are both beautiful girls in my book, said Emma. We pulled up our pants. I sat back down, and they finished my hair. Next up was Lexi. Emma and I worked a lot slower than Lexi; she was a pro. When you girls get better at this, I'll teach you how to do spiral curls, said Lexi.

Lexi? Yes Emma. When did you get your belly button pierced? Right after school ended last year, I maintained a 4.0 GPa. So mom approved it.

I want mine done too, said Emma. Me too, Em, I said. I love your ears and nose, Ree. Thanks to my aunt Cathy, she helped me with them. I went and got them done right after I got out of the hospital.

How long were you in the hospital? asked Emma. Little over three weeks. I figured if I was going to be a girl, I should look like it and try to enjoy it. Good for you, Ree; I love being a girl, said Emma.

We do too, Em. What are your grades, like I asked? 3.96 GPA, said Emma. I say we try to kick some ass on our grades and in cheerleading this year. Me too, I said. I'm in, said Lexi. Great. There are no secrets between us. Oww! That's tight! Squealed Lexi.

Done Lexi! I said. Lexi checked our work in the mirror. Well, that looks pretty good. Emma was placed under the dryer first. Aunt V heard the dryer start and came into my room to check on us.

Aunt V had on her dark blue full-length night gown and dark blue mules. Her gown hugged her glamorous curves. You could see the outline of her pierced nipples and double naval piercings. Her jet black hair was in a tight, high ponytail. Even without makeup, she was stunning.

Knock, knock. How are you girls doing? Just fine, Aunt V. Oh my, I'm glad I brought you the extra supplies. I love you in yellow! I spun around and curtseyed. Lexi is very lovely. Lexi spun and curtseyed. Where's Emma? Under the dryer, Aunt V.

When you girls are done, come downstairs. I'd like to see you all finished. Yes, Ma'am Lexi, and I said. We curtsied. Lovely, said Aunt V. She spun and left. Lexi and I broke out the makeup and my false eyelashes.

We made our makeup a bit heavy. It was fun. I used heavy cat eyeliner and pink and silver smokey eyes. Lexi did exactly the same in bright blue. I did a pink ombre lip color. Lexi did a solid blue lipstick.

Emma's hair was dry. I went under the dryer next. Lexi sat Emma down and did heavy cat eyeliner the same as us. Lexi did a red and silver smokey eye with red ombre lips and false eyelashes on Emma.

Emma's golden brown hair was super curly. Lexi tied it up in three ponytails. Her hair bounced like it was on springs. Lexi was next under the dryer as Emma and I carefully unrolled my hair.

I had more curls than ever. I tied mine up the same as Emma's. Emma asked. What we are doing next: First Aunt V wants us to present ourselves to her. Just remember to curtsey.

What's with the curtsey? It's a sign of respect for older women. In simpler times, Young girls would curtsey to the older women as a sign of respect and acknowledgement.

Aunt Cathy told me about it. I do it all the time when meeting new women. They love it. It's a great way to make a first impression in personal settings. We should do it when my mom picks me up.

Ree, Are you going to get your belly button pierced? Yes, hopefully soon. I want an over-and-under belly button piercing. Can I go with you? Sure, but you have to get an adult's permission first. I had to get permission for my nose. I want that too.

We checked on Lexi. With Lexi's hair dried, we took out the rollers and did her hair the same. We touched up our makeup. We rehearsed a little routine before we went to see Aunt V downstairs. Emma would be in the center, Lexi in the lead, and myself last. It made sense to go from tallest to shortest.

Our routine was simple. We walked, single-file stop, with Emma centered on Aunt V. We would bow and spin right to left. Stop, spin left to right, then curtsey together at the finish. We marched downstairs in a single file. Aunt V watched as we marched over the bridge and descended the stairs gracefully.

Aunt V's eyes were locked on us. We stopped and did our routine. Aunt V beamed her trademark smile, which I loved. Lovely girls, very lovely. Would you do it again? I want to record it. We said yes, ma'am!

We curtsey together and ran upstairs, and Aunt V shouted, Action! She recorded from the bridge to the finish. Aunt had us pose individually, then all together. She sent the pictures and video to my mom, one to Taylor. Aunt V said she wanted to wait before sending one to Emma's mother.

Aunt V suggested we perform a similar greeting for Emma's mom tomorrow when she picks her up. Aunt V asked, Do you girls need separate rooms? No thank you, we said in unison.

Okay, girls, goodnight; sleep well. I kissed Aunt V. Goodnight. We took selfies of each other. We even took a few kissing cheeks.

We were giggling and laughing. Finally, it was just after 10 p.m. I was constantly yawning. I stepped into my bathroom and started an enema without thinking about it. Emma walked in. Oh my gosh! She squealed.

Lexi came in, oh Ree! I'm next, said Lexi. What? Said Emma. It's an enema-silly girl. It's great for you. It keeps you clean and healthy, and it helps keep the weight off too. Would you like to try it, Em? asked Lexi.

Emma hesitated for a few seconds. I relive myself in my toilet. It's mostly clear: I used the bidet and cleaned and wiped myself up. I'm next, said Lexi.

I mix up the water with just a small amount of enema soap in a 4-quart bag. Lexi inserts a fresh nozzle and starts the water. Lexi breathes deeply in and out as the water fills her colon. She lets out a soft moan of pleasure.

Emma watches in wonder. Does it really feel that good? she asked. After a few times, it does, as I said. The first three or four times, it's a bit uncomfortable. But that all changes. After 15 minutes, Lexi relieves herself and cleans up like I did.

Are you ready, Emma? I asked. Will you help me? Of course, sweetie. After this, we'll be sisters. Emma lays out as Lexi instructed. We have her lube and her rose bud. I handed her the nozzle. She inserts it.

Lexi coaches her breathing. I start the water, showing her how to control the flow. Listen to your body, Em. If the pressure builds too fast, slow down or shut off the water and let the pressure subside, said Lexi. Relax; don't clench up; let the water flow slowly and easily.

Emma relaxed, and the water trickled inside her. Lexi opened the water a little bit more, and Emma felt the warm water flowing into her abdomen. We heard a soft moan from her. Lexi and I smiled.

That's it, my sister; just enjoy it. Relax. I stopped the water at 2 quarts and checked on her. I'm fine. Let's go ahead slowly, please, she said. If it gets uncomfortable, tell us. Don't be a hero. We do this all the time. So our bodies are used to it.

Emma made it to 3 quarts, which was impressive. Okay, just hold it for 15 minutes. I brought out my massage wand and massaged her colon. I explained that this helps break up the solids trapped in the colon. Emma made it for almost 20 minutes. We helped her up and to the toilet.

Emma began her evacuation. Lexi coaches her to breathe as she pushes through each wave of evacuation. Emma was disgusted by the smell. The liquid and solids exiting her body were surprising to her. We flushed the toilet, and we showed her how to use the bidet. She walked ten steps, then ran to the toilet.

Lexi and I giggled a bit, then composed ourselves. It's not funny, she said. We apologized. She evacuated over and over; there was less and less each time. She washed up on the bidet again, and we had her administer another enema. I filled the bag with 4 quarts of water and some soap.

Emma took it all this time. She held it for a solid twenty minutes, and she massaged her colon with the wand. When she evacuated this time, there was only a small amount of debris and a light yellow color. Nice job, Emma, I said. That was great for the second time, said Lexi.

We helped her to the bidet. She washed and relaxed. We capped her hair and let her shower first. We helped her dry off and wrapped her in a towel. Lexi showered, then myself. We slept in our nighties and hair nets. I gave Emma a maxi pad just in case of leaks.

It was after midnight when we went to bed. We all slept in my bed. Emma slept in the middle. I woke up a little after 8 a.m. I gave myself a coffee enema and started my dilation. Emma walked in. Hey girl! I said. Oh, I'm sorry. Don't be. It's just my daily therapy. Do you do that every day? Twice a day. Really? Yep!

Are you ready for some coffee? I don't drink coffee. I don't drink it too much either. But that's not what I meant. What do you mean? Coffee enema, then soap and a water rinse. Really? Every morning. Seriously? As a heart attack! Okay, let's do it.

She settled into position and started her enema. I gave her a little extra, almost 2 quarts of coffee, which she held for 12 minutes easily. Then evacuated 3 quarts of soap for 10 minutes and 4 quarts of water. Emma was on her final evacuation when Lexi woke up.

How do you feel, Em? Actually, I feel great! The coffee gives me a little bit of a buzz. Perfect; that's the way it's supposed to feel. I even feel lighter. Good. Now, if you get the urge to go, don't fight it; just go, okay? Thanks Ree. Lexi did her enemas and was done quickly too.

The more often you do them, the better you feel and the easier it gets. Your skin will be more clear and healthy. You will hardly ever have solid numbers two poop again, I said.

I don't miss pooping, said Lexi. Neither do I, I said. Just remember. Keep all of this to yourself, Emma. I will, I promise. Come on, girls, we have drills to run.

We got on our leotards and leggings and went out to the pool.
