2020-02-25 12:11:52 +0000 UTCMy suggestion for the arms, I would say either a Boxtie with rope or an armbinder. For the legs I'd say a frogtie with rope. For the gags I'd say, a ballgag, a panel gag, and/or Microfoam tape.
