On restraints, I'd suggest an armbinder like Lucy, stocks or handcuffs. In terms of gag, I suggest ball gag or ring gag. In terms of scenario, it could be foreplay before lovey-dovey with Naofumi or she was caught by the Myne to piss off our hero.
