As for dialogue... these are all various degrees of cheesy, but here are my suggestions: -"Team Plasma Grunt used Gag!... it's super effective! Rosa is Silenced!" -"There we go... little brat all bundled up. And since you've been giving us so much trouble, I think you deserve a little additional torment." -(If the dialogue is for Rosa herself) "H-hey! I meant use the tape on the other persMMMPH!"
