I didn't actually have an idea for a scenario, but let's just say that Akeno attempt to have Rias tied up as an attempt to be servants for Issei, but end up falling into trouble and are now being sold off in the Underworld! Knowing what sort of prestige Rias in the Underworld, the Fallen angels rejoice at the booties they caught.
