Added 2023-10-21 16:23:26 +0000 UTCGetting this out already! I've been meaning to draw Ch'en for quite a long time now! Although I inteded to have Swire in this as well, I though I'd focus mostly on Ch'en this time around. Though I'm still tempted to do Swire in the future, hehe!
I guess she got defeated by Reunion here, so having the Special Inspection Unit Chief will definitely compromise Rhodes and L.G.Ds plan.

Thought of this after but if Swire was grabbing her Ch’en could be gagged with a wad of/rolled up lmd, just as a flex
