I don't know why they say bi-monthly, but it's basically join, whenever the money comes out (usually the first week/couple days of the month), she'll then email you/ patreon message you with links to the rewards for the terms you paid for/were in for. It's a long wait if you sign up right after she sent rewards out the previous time/the start of the month XD
