2015-06-06 17:26:07 +0000 UTCMake sure when you put the maximum to be charged you put 40$ as it is done monthly, that is if you want term 16 as well. Hopefully that make sense.

Just make sure when you pledge, when putting the maximum amount to be charged do the monthly amount (example, tier 4 is 20$/ 2 weeks, so you would put 40$) that is if you want term 16 as well. Hope that helps!
