Polish /refining voice over tutorial part 2 (term 36)

In this voice over i will be going through the last stages and steps to finalize a render. again this is a slightly more advanced voice over tutorial. added another extra 9 steps to achieve the final look over 2hr and 40 minutes.
I have gotten a new mic to record this so it should be more clear :) and I've taken steps to prevent audio dysync like that time.
