Doing some themed art for this event :) The goddess of love, beauty and seduction .Aphrodite . was kind of fun and I enjoyed painting the fabric wrapped around her.

One thing I really love is the see through fabric covering her stomach it really looks thin and transparent and has a sliky feel to it really nice detail. The little details with the hearts flowing off her and in the clouds is also a really nice touch.

Full of tiny but very clever details, from the heart-shaped cloud to the colours chosen (evoking the Venus Anadyomene mural from Pompeii). And speaking of Aphrodite... Maybe you could do a Sayaka Yumi (Mazinger Z) pin-up one of these days, like your recent Rei from Evangelion...

And I love the subsurface scattering that you achieved on her ear. Subtle but it just adds a bit more to the painting.
