Hello, I am Tier 4 this month and would like to get this Term (35) with my past term voucher. I do not see this term listed on your Gumroad. How am I able to get this Term? (Also, there are many other terms that are not coming up on your Gumroad that I would like to pay for in the coming months as I stay on your Tier 4 but I do not see them listed.) Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thank you.

Hello Anna, it seems you accidentally set your pledge to $20 instead of $10 that might be why you receive tier 4 of term 34 and not tier 3 for both term 34 and 35. :(

Hi Sakimi Chan! I'm not sure if it was just me but I have problem unzipping the refine polish voiceover tutorial pack. After I've upzipped the file, another zip file was created (with an extension of *.cpgz) I've tried re-downloading the file again but I keep getting the same result. Does anyone else has the same problem? Thanks!
